Calling Leadership

At RISE, we believe that God has a dream that we would both discover and use the gifts God has given to us. And we believe that everyone who desires to lead should have an opportunity to do so!

We invite friends in the RISE community to be servant leaders who, by God's grace, transform our community and the world, and we hope you'll join us on this audacious journey. Our leaders are loved, supported, and equipped to go into the world, live into God's dream, and be "good news with skin on." We believe that our shared leadership journey can be life-changing, particularly if we open ourselves to growth and transformation in community. This takes courage and some risk, but we firmly believe the journey is worth it!

So if you have a desire to use your gifts in a leadership capacity, we want to know! Our goal at RISE is to help prospective leaders find ways to lead in the places where their passions meet the world's greatest needs. And we believe that doing so is a process that takes intentionality and discernment.
